QB Problems continue

As I have been saying all year our QB`s are horrible. Yet again they lost us a game that we really should have won. The LSU offense clearly hasn't been getting it done, not putting up enough points, not completing enough passes, horrible completion percentage, the list goes on but our DEFENSE has been doing outstanding. Currently LSU sits at 113th in the nation in passing yards a game with 169.1 that is horrible. 75th in points for, but a bright spot is our running game 35th and defense 6th only allowing 16.4 points a game. Last week vs Alabama we played pretty good besides our QB play nice game. Limiting bama to 20 points in a overtime game was good but we only scored 13. Anthony Jennings went 8/26 for 76 yards and a interception only 2.9 yards a play horrible. We need a improved passing game so we don't have to lean on our running game so much.

And im just now getting to that Arkansas game. Couldn't even put up a single point against Arkansas horrible. But our defense only gave up 17 on the road. 12/22 passing 87 yards 0 touchdowns 22.7 qbr bench him. Arkansas defense is good but not that good come on man. In the last 2 games he has only 1 touchdown 1 interception and less than 200 yards passing. The LSU offense is dead someone help us. I think if we had a half decent QB were a lot better than bama we shoulda crushed them.

Will the Playoffs Payoff?

Finally we have a playoff system in college football and the commity met yesterday and the first poll is going to be released tonight.  Everyones 4 teams will be different just depends on whos most deserving.  There will also be alot of deserving teams missing out on this 4 team playoff it will be similar to how the MLB playoffs used to be back in the day with only 4 teams very hard to get into.

My #1 seed is Florida State
Heisman Trophy winning Qb Jameis Winston of Florida State after winning the national championship

I think that FSU should be everyones #1 seed because they are the undefeated defending national champions so we should always let our champions defend their title if their undefeated right?  They havent played bad this year but not the best but the main thing is that their still unbeaten so for that they have earned the #1 seed.

The team that has obviously earned the #2 seed is Mississipi State.
Definatly the most impresive team so far beating LSU in Baton Rouge, and crushing Auburn, and Texas A&M.  MSU being undefeated in the always tough SEC West the best division in football is always saying somehting.  It isnt even a question if MSU should be in the playoff especially if they win out so i should basically just stop talking about it.

My #3 Seed is Oregon
Oregon`s star QB Marcus Mariota
Someone please let The Ducks and all their jerseys in the playoffs.  After all the do have the 2nd best Qb in college football and one of the most consistant top offenses in football.  The Ducks are always scoring 50+ points and always looking flashy doing it.  They always bring extra excitement to the game just like you never know what jesery they`ll wear EVER.  If they win the Pac-12 they should definatly get in it especially if their still only have one loss the ducks are still among the leagues top teams so i think that their deserving enough.

And finally my #4 and last seed goes to TCU
Another one loss team that brings the Offense week in and week out.  Their offense has been similar to Oregons putting up many points every week.  Everyone remember what they just did to Texas Tech last weekend... They put up 82 points!!!!!!!!! Those are basketball numbers people.  TCU also has a pretty decent resume coming out of the BIG-12 beating preseason favorite Oklahoma.  Their only loss came on the hands of Baylor who is a pretty good team in a game which they has a big lead which should say something I think that this team should still be undefeated but they lost give Baylor their credit but i still think TCU is deserving of a #4 spot sneaking by would be #4 Notre Dame and a very underrated Georgia team which is also deserving considering their play without their star player.

I couldnt quite choose a first two out so ive choosen a first couple out: Notre Dame they dont have a strong quality win besides Stanford but they are still a good team that played outstanding against champion Florida State.  Auburn they`ve played strong so far blowing out LSU, Texas A&M, winning on the road vs 4th seed canidate Kansas State and loosing a tight one at Mississippi State with only one loss they get a little bonus points for being in the SEC West and for being last years runner up.  Kansas State only one loss which was to Auburn they`ve also looked good with a strong defense they had a statment win against Oklahoma and have a tought schedule looking ahead playing a few teams in the bubble if they can win out they will have a strong case for that 4th seed.  Georgia only one loss they`ve been blowing teams out of late even without star running back Todd Gurly in the not as tough SEC East we`ll have to wait and see if they win the SEC Championship to qualify them for a playoff berth.  And Lastly ill put Arizona also only one loss a very underrated team. They had a quality win on the road against Oregon which some dont count as much because they probably won that game because of the questionable call from an official at the end of the game, but Norte Dame has had the same case so tough luck.  Arizona also features a strong high scoring offense which features alot of passing.

Teams missing out: Alabama, Auburn, Kansas State, Utah, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan State, East Carolina, Arizona, Arizona State, Nebraska, and the UNDEFEATED Marshall Thundering Herd

How Bout Dem Cowboys

The Big D`s Big 3
Dallas is turning a lot of heads this year.  Mainly because they finally have a decent O-line, and because they are staying healthy.  As I`ve been saying for the past few years Demarco Murray is one of the best in the game.  This season he leads the league in rushing by far and it has helped take much of the pressure off of Tony Romo.  Dallas hasn't had to lean on Tony as much as they usually do so that is improving his play, even though he has always been amongst the leagues best and consistently been underrated.  Dez Bryant has also been doing his thing consistently even with less passes being thrown by Romo because of Murray`s spectacular play.  If the Boyz can keep this up im smelling super bowl in Dallas !

Is 0-16 A Reality?

As much as I hate to say it 0-16 might actually be a reality this season for the Oakland Raiders.  With the hardest schedule in the NFL this year that is the biggest problem contributing to the raiders failure.  I think Sundays game against Cleveland was our best chance at getting a W but we blew it.  The Raiders really need to establish a stable running game we cant just have our rookie Qb Carr Throwing 54 passes a game and expect to win especially with our reciving core.  McFadden had only about 12 rushes this game we need him to get around 16 and Jones-Drew to have about 10 for us to finally get a W in the book.  One bright thing about the Raiders these past few weeks is ever since interim Head Coach Tony Sporano stepped in we have been playing much better. We actually have been in these games the past few weeks with most of them coming against good teams but we just haven't been able to pull out the W.  With the game this week coming against the Seahawks I don't really see a victory this week  but they have been struggling of late.  I think our best chances will come against the Rams, Chiefs, and Chargers. I don't think that we will finish 0-16 because our team is way to talented for anything like that but I think it is still possible. I think that we will sneak past the Rams and Chargers, I don't think that we will beat the Chiefs but we have a very good chance to pull it off.  Im personally praying for us to get a win this year to avoid the humility of 0-16 and the 9er fans that are all talk so please Raiders turn it around.   Just Win Baby

Rebels No Match for the Bayou Bengals

LSU Students Charging The Field After Big Upset Win Against Ole Miss
As I predicted LSU turned Ole Miss into Tiger Bait on Saturday.  LSU won the game in a low scoring defensive battle also as I predicted.  LSU`s QB play was straight up awful throwing multiple interceptions on not that many passes.  But the bright thing about this game was LSU`s defense more than limited the Rebel offense allowing only 7 points, and forcing interceptions.  The LSU defense and Crowd rattled Bo Wallace all game forcing bad decisions and unsportsman like penalties.  We got into his head and showed why we are way better than a #24 ranking.  Also our running game mauled through that such glorified Ole Miss Defense.  LSU also showed that we still belong in that title hunt, we still have a chance at getting to the playoffs if we can win out, Auburn can beat Ole Miss, Bama beat Auburn, Ole Miss beats MSU, and a few other games go our way and we will be back in contention.  this game just showed u can never count the Bayou Bengals out of it even with poor Qb play.     GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

Its Not Looking Too Golden For The Golden Bears

So Cal is coming into this week 4-3 including a 2 game loosing streak and not really looking to get any better soon.  They are taking on Oregon this tomorrow night in Santa Clara.  Oregon a team which features one of the top offenses in the nation has only lost one game so far this year.  Cal has one of the worst defenses they often give up 40 + points.  I personally think Cal is about to get blown out this week they woulnt be able to keep up with Oregons fast tempo, and woulnt be able to score enough to match their score, especially since they havent been scoring much in recent weeks.  I predict an Oregon win 47-24

Is This New Orleans Year?

With the NBA season about to begin in a week or so the New Orleans Pelicans are the team looked at to make the biggest jump from last season ( besides the Cleveland Cavs which shouldnt count because they just got LeBron).  New Orleans is still a very young team with many of their players under 28 years old but they still have enough NBA experience to make a playoff push this season.  I think Anthony Davis will once again lead this team with his defensive ability and increasing offensive play to the playoffs for the first time in his career.  If Jrue Holiday, Eric Gordon, and Tyrek Evens can also have great years i think that the Pelicans can be one of the higher seeds in the western confrence this year.  If this teams chemisty can gel together we might be in for something special.  I predict the Pelicans to get 48 wins this year but possible even more if they can gel together.
