Where will the Raiders go from here????

The Oakland Raiders so far have had a very rough start to their season.  Although they made many key additions to their roster over the offseason including Oakland native Maurice Jones-Drew they still haven't been able to overcome this huge slump they`ve been in over the past 10 or so years.  Ever since their Super Bowl loss in 2003 they`ve been one of the worst franchises in the NFL.  Since then they have made plenty of horrible high draft choices including Darrius Hayward-Bay,  D.J Hayden , and LSU`s own Jamarcus Russell.  Oakland`s Fans have been in complete devastation for the past few years ever since the 49ers recent emerge to the top of the NFL.  In addition to the raiders horrible start they have also fired their head coach of the past two years Dennis Allen who posted an (8-28) record in his time with the Raiders.  Where will the Raiders go from here?
